Should I shave my sideburns?

I've had wicked cool sideburns since I could grow facial hair. Within the past day or two they've really started to piss me off. I'm getting a haircut this week from my long suffering hair dresser, and I want to know whether or not I should give her the honour of shaving them off.

Don't. Trust me, they'll never grow back exactly the way you want them, despite repeated efforts at regrowing/reshaving. Your attempts to hone them into the shape you want will be met with failure, and you'll spiral into an ever increasing vicous cycle of depression, culminating in you growing those f*cking thin sideburns like Adam out of Adam and the Ants had, and everyone will call you 'Prince Charming'.

 

Why not grow the other way? leave it a month, and the weather will start getting colder; then grow a full beard. Chix diggit.

I've just shaved off my dam sexy 12week old spade after constant nagging from friends and family. Surely one of the worst decisions I've made in a long time. I'm now left shoving lage amounts of zinc down my face in an attempt to make it grow back. I don't even know if zinc f*cking works!

Why would you want to shave those sideburns off, man? They look great and fuse nicely with your hair. I've been growing sideburns since I was 17 and probaly will continue to for a while to come. The only bad part is trimming/shaving them thinner. Mine grow quickly and become bushy and out of control in like two weeks.

 

Anyway, don't cut 'em off. They're a part of you!
