There's probably a bit of info if you look it up, but I hate knowing stuff about a game that won't release until a year later, just hypes you up. I remember R* registered a "gta: bogota" website domain and I know there are Rockstar Leeds, Rockstar Toronto ect., but I never ear "Rockstar Bogota" !
