The Cheetah MKI was just created.The Cheetah is modeled by a real life Ferarri.The Testarossa which was created in 1984.Now since VCS takes place in 1984,Only a certain amount of Cheetah MKI's were manufactured by Grotti(GTA 4 Car Dealership that created the Turismo). check GTA Wiki for more info.
