problem with the kidnapping

kk i have kidnapped the girl, taken picture and sent it to packie.

but he keeps calling me and whining about his mother and tell me i got something to do..

 

i done all assassins. jimmy phil. bernie. and url paper. i got nothing left exept the main story. what am i waiting for and where is it..

sorry if this topic is written before, in that case i havent seen it.

some one just told me to deliver the picture or go to the safehouse to drive the hostage to another place, but i havent got the location either. damn i hate this mission

I'm on a second playthrough now and this mission is coming up soon, so I might have better advice then, but the Strategy guide says the following of the mission "Ransom":

 

Take a photo of Gracie and send it to Packie before exiting the building. You should later receive a text message from Packie telling you to go see Gerry. That should put a Gm icon on your map.

 

Assuming you did pass Ransom, have checked your text messages and have received one from Packie, then it might be that Gerry's mission is only available during visiting hours. So his icon might only appear at certain times.

If you haven't received the text then check through in case it's there.

In my experience the game is pretty good at making sure you are prompted to do something. Whenever I've missed a call or accidentally hung-up on someone, I receive a text message giving me the same instructions the call would have. If I'm told to do something and I don't, I usually get a follow-up call as a reminder. You might just have to wait a while for another prompt. Maybe try ringing Packie.

i tried, but allways get the answear machine. and now i drove down to the gerry place, and he isnt there either..

nothing is to do i supose
