Ten most wanted

Guys,

The only pain in the ass Top Ten Algonquin criminal I can't seem to kill is this one dude, I can't remember his name, who rides away from Star Junction on a motorcycle when I show up .

 

Chasing a guy on a bike is no big deal, that's happened before, but he has two other friends with him who are also riding bikes, and they go in different directions .

 

They seem to come out of an alley way just as I'm approaching.

 

I guess if I was going faster, I could try to cut them off upon arrival.

I assume your referring to Juan Haimo?

 

Try blocking the side road they head out of to make them run into you. Shoot and hit as many of them as you can while they're grouped together. Aim for drivers first and then tyres if you miss. Pick off any remaining bikers before they get away. If a crook is knocked off a bike, but is still alive and difficult to hit chase after the ones still on their bikes or you stand to lose them dealing with the one that may be grounded. One of the bikers likes to turn into a gas station so make use of the petrol tanks and shoot them for a big explosion which should take care of him.

Also, you could use a fast car, like a Comet, Super GT or a Infernus to ram them, and kill them. Cars are faster than bikes

I had trouble with this one as well as the one where you have to chase the two Patriots . What I did for both is I slowly pulled up until they started driving away, then got out of the car, pulled out an RPG, and KABLAMMO! Took care of both of them quite easily.
