epoxi Posted August 17, 2008 Share Posted August 17, 2008 When that garage guy gives you a phone call, he will say your driving sucks and to go to a driving school. Complete the driving school (bronze in everything is sufficient). Then you will get another phone call, offering you to steal cars for clients. Do these missions and WAA will open.
