Did you properly uninstalled the game (deleted all folders in GTA San Andreas folder located in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games) last time? Read posting requirements. I had the same problem ; SO MANY SCRATCHES, and when I tried to install it, it says : ERROR : data2.cab. I cleaned my disc by a ' CD Cleaner ' , it's a special product that cleans CDs, and my disc is fixed But if you don't have it, try clicking the link that Girish posted.
