marlord911
Hi i have a few questons about max health 1, I understand that you can do paramedic to get max health, but what other ways are there of incresing max health? 2, if I use other, non-paramedic ways to get the health bar to maximum stretch, is it the same as completing paramedic? (minus the0.53%) Thanks Mar
Maxrevv
Maximum can be done at the gym while cycling, but it takes a hell lot of tries.. But max health can be achieved by running, swimming, eating, surviving anything..its faster than the gym technique. But its best to leave it to the Paramedics Missions.. Unfortunately, when Max Health is full, there is still no increased percentage as the Paramedic Mission itself is required for 100%,not just the Rewards!! Hope this helps!! Maxrevv
Are you sure? max health vs. Max Stamina? Health from Medic. Stamina from exercise. I've read in one of the gameFAQS guides that says such.. after u've finished maxing ur stamina,u can increase your max health, but it takes a LONG time..but im unsure of the effectivity.. Southpaw311
Max health is only available when you complete the game 100%. You get 200% health, as apposed to 150% from level 12 completed in paramedic.
pwijnands
I usually have my health bar maxed out from running, swimming and cycling before I do the Paramedic mission.

That sucks it doesn't get you 200 health, and armor.

Skelerot
One more thing about the paramedic missions: do they only add 50% to the previous max health (making 1,5 times 100 = 150), or do they just always update it to 150? I mean, if your max health isn't already 100 (via running, cycling etc.) by the time you're doing the paramedic missions, do you get less than 150 or is it just always 150? Your heath bar automatically gets higher as you walk, run, eat, swim, etc. I'm not sure but I believe if you do the paramedic missions, it gets you there faster. Yeah indeed it does, but it's also supposed to get you higher (150) than what you can get by "natural" means (which is 100). So the question is, is there any use to first get the max health up to as high as it can get by running, swimming and so forth, or is it just the same to go and do the paramedic missions right away at the beginning of the game, when you only have 50 max health? No, you do not have to do any running. You can begin a game. Not increase any stats, begin the Paramedic mission with lowest possible health and, upon completion, have full health (150%) afterwards. That should answer your question. If not, feel free to make it clearer.
