Trouble Posted August 12, 2008 Share Posted August 12, 2008 Hey guys I need help, Im trying to make my homies fly a plane or a heli but they just stand there wihtout moving the plane/heli. The only suitable way I've found with airplanes is to leave the homie on a slope on mt. Chiliad and hope he'll fall off: Video They can't really fly, - they won't use the controls. Does this mean...your homies can drive any vehicle!? This seems like a feature I've never used! Edit: LOL at the end of your video. GTA Phreak Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 The method I used on PC was to fill all seats with homies and then trigger a date with a gf by driving/taxiing/landing into the marker. Starting a date will dissolve your gang but the homies won't get out before the gf gets in (which she can't if all seats are taken). Then I'll simply leave the gf behind, failing the date, and then the next time CJ gets out one of the homies will take over. So it only works with vehicles that can take at least 1 passenger. Mince Posted August 13, 2008 Share Posted August 13, 2008 (edited) From what I saw on GameSpot, simply get the homie to get into a two seater vehicle with you at the same time as you, and disband him while you do so. He should stay in the vehicle for a few seconds, get out, and get back in. Then he'll drive off with your vehicle like it was any old Greenwood or Voodoo. I like to do this alot for some odd reason. If you do the trick while near a group of homies, the homie may get into the driver's seat and then exit quickly and go to the homies. I got my homies driving Monster Trucks and Phoenixes . EDIT: My homies in a green Stretch. I also got one of my homies on a Faggio, but some dude ran up to the poor homie and jacked his ride before I could get a picture . Unfortunately, about 2 seconds after this screenshot was taken, I accidentally flew ahead of him and crashed while trying to follow the noise of the Dodo's motor... I don't know exactly, but I think trains work differently to planes/cars/helicopters because of their fixed rails and such, so are designed differently. I wonder what would happen if someone tried to jack one of the Towtrucks the homie wasn't riding in? (a pedestrian) Or if you are very evil, try getting your homie into the back of the Towtruck chain (will he try to drive away?) Then, get in the front, and drive to the top of Mount Chiliad.
