Crosby
I found this old review for parents, and to my amazement, it wasn't a bash fest. It just states what the game is about, and lets you form your own conclusion. When I saw the name of the site I figured it would just show the game in a negative light, because that's the popular thing to do among ignoramuses. Anyway, I didn't know a few things listed in the review. Like downloading songs and that the special edition comes with soundtrack CD, and duffle bag. What's on that CD? The comments are mostly lame, except for the one titled "wtf???". Someone that stupid has a nine year old kid!? Maybe it meant to say "I'm a nine year old kid" What They Play

gamesguru
Nice to see that this isn't the usual ''OMG save our kids from it!'' rant. Props, for the 'clean' looking site aswell .

pudge
The only thing that is wrong for kids is the overuse of vulgarities in the speeches.

map1star
im a dad, with a 13 year boy, and we both play. Mostly multiplayer. my son is pretty grounded and understands that this is just a game. its really about the way you (the adult) act when playing the game. When we play the story mode, I dont go kick it with hookers or go to the strip club. we just drive around doing the races, bowling, darts, and catch the bad guys on the police most wanted list. Were not some f*cked up family With no morals. If my son at any point were to act out an any way related to the game, he would not play again until he was 18. I actually used to lock the game up in the safe deposit box it came in (special edition) when i wasnt home. I did this really to be able to censor some of the material in the game. Thanks for the insight on how to handle a game like this. Most people who aren't exposed to younger teenagers assume the are unintelligent, when the exact opposite is true. I believe the generations only get smarter, as much as our elders would love to disagree. Kids who want to play GTA will find a way, and I'd rather the parent introduce (and more importantly observe) than ignore, because they don't approve. Here a for you both-even though I'm sure he's too cool for a
