Crokey
Will this do? It says it's Swedish, but I don't think it would matter for the type of file it is.
f1racer_ro
Well it's 1,000 kb bigger than this (what i have). 'uxtheme.dll' is a patch for the latest Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) to enable third party theme usage without paying for StyleXP. Otter
If you don't mind me asking, why do you need the original?
f1racer_ro
Because nobody told me to back up anything before installing Style XP... P.S. If your canadian why do you have russian writting in your signature? Edited August 13, 2008 by f1racer_ro
Otter
Canada is like, the cultural melting pot of the world. It's really quite something else. Anyhow, if you're just trying to get the original theme, disable styleXP so it doesn't 'reskin' at startup, then go into your desktop properties and choose the XP theme. That patched file isn't really a problem.
f1racer_ro
Well I never actually used Style XP...I just installed and then unninstalled. But now I'm a happy user of Windows Blinds 6 ....and Icon Packager 4 .....and CursorFX 2.0. (Do you see a pattern imerging?) Thanks for informing me of the non-existent danger I was into.
