Ive been having an issue when after about 20 mins of game play (or sometimes it starts the game like this), the character wants to move left (Almost like I am holding both the up arrow key and the left arrow key at the same time, and i cant get out of it)...I have a GeForce 8800GTX graphics card, and I have tested my keyboard and it is fully functional...it happens in both GTA VC and 3. Secondly, if you have any additional controllers(other than keyboard) attached to your system which is not being used, try detaching them..
