I cant lol. Ive already beaten the game but chose to go back and load a previous mission so I can do both endings. Im on the boat been everywhere but cant find the bastard.

Once on the boat you need to head for the bridge and activate the controls. You will then see a brief cut scene showing the cargo doors opening. It’s these specific opening doors that you must descended into, fight your way through Dimitri’s goons and kill him.

I got that part thanks, now im stuck on chasing down Phil on the motorcycle. I keep on going off the lil ramp thing but I cant seem to land on the boat. Doing the combat part over and over is annoying and easy only to lose it in the chase within 2 mins time.

I got that part thanks, now im stuck on chasing down Phil on the motorcycle. I keep on going off the lil ramp thing but I cant seem to land on the boat.    Doing the combat part over and over is annoying and easy only to lose it in the chase within 2 mins time. 

The motorcycle jump was a pain for me as well. Took me about three tries to get it right. Don't worry about the timing that much, just hit the ramp full speed when you can see it and you should do fine.

 

Actually you're not supposed to land on the boat.
