GTArv
SA:MP and MTA were the product of years of hard work by the development teams. They don't even get paid for it. Both SA:MP and MTA:SA are quite flexible, allow for a lot of player slots, and let the use of user scripted game modes. It wouldn't be right to say that IV:MP is better just because it is made by Rockstar. GTA:IV may have better graphics, but the possibilities in SA:MP/MTA are endless. Hopefully, GTA:IV's PC multiplayer will be flexible as SA:MP.
Smiler-Online
I would like to see a secondary online mode from one of the teams behind MTA or SAMP and the secondary mode could remove the vehiles/peds off the streets which would enable many more players at once online - Which I personally think is essential really in the whole of NY/LC otherwise you'll never be able to find anyone to shoot or play destruction derby with... Frozen Arrow
Mta was smoother and less laggy than samp, but would I liek to see the customization that was possibly on samp to be possibly on pc? HELL YES!

Would you rather have 98% sync or 35% sync? The choice is yours.. Honestly, leave the real work to Rockstar.
