The way to do that: look at this: that's for san andreas... well it's easier to do them with a car which has a higher point of gravity... like the landstalker for one... i did some with the oceanic also... it's pretty hard to do one with a sport car on plain ground... but at like the airport or someplace with a small ramp, then u can pretty much use any car and go on it with only the right half or the left half on the ramp slowly and it should get u a 2 wheelie..
