Cheats. That is the biggest complaint I have with GTAIV. Didn't Dan Houser himself say that cheats were going to be 'bigger' than cheats in previous GTAs? I don't see how any cheat in GTAIV is 'bigger' than the riot cheat in San Andreas.

apparantly cheats in gta4 have been delayed from rockstar,mayby they want to surprise people of how many cheats they have later in the year? if not they have made gta4 a fun but cheatless game

I wanted a Customization Shop in GTA IV, but we can't win them all. It would have been sweet to mod the PMP 600 and a regular verion of the Buffalo (if there was one).

 

Also, the Riot Cheat. Would be ace in GTA IV, especially with the Euphoria engine. Would add a lot of fun to GTA IV as well.
