Features You Want In GTA IV

GTA IV really puts gaming on the map, since many players consider it a perfect GTA game. But there are features that weren't in the game that I'm sure some ppl wanted. For example:

 

Taxi Side-Missions. Sure, you can work for Roman, but all that stops after the mission Russian Revolution, when Dimitri burns down Roman's cab depot. You can ride in cabs; why not drive others around?

 

The new phone and calling ability is awesome. But as I progressed thru the story, I noticed there are a lot of ads featuring numbers, but hardly any of them are callable. There should've been more phone numbers to call (wouldn't it've been great if you could call VIG Insurance and actually get paid every time you commit a crime?)

 

The Internet is also an effing cool feature. Many websites (over a hundred; including one that is a secret police sting), and even email. The things I thought could've been better; even more sites and more things to click on (a lot of links, but not all of them Niko can click on. Try www.myonlineme.com; there's a sign-in button but you can't click it).

 

These are just a few features that would've made the game that much cooler. What features do you think should've been in the game?

Adding to your internet idea, there are over a hundred websites and only about 10 are functional. Should've been more.

How about customizing your ride??? Or having MORE buildings to go into, SA in a way own GTA 4. But by now everyone is bored of it.

 

Also, I miss the other odd jobs. not just cabby, how bout the Ambulance, Wierd things like The valet parking, or the big mine gorge thingy, random sh*t like that.

 

Also, your friends are idiots, you should be able to recruit them to go rob something and do drive-bys, much like the recruiting system in gta sa.

 

Also, the clothing options for niko is really lame. MORE CLOTHING PLZ!

 

Not being able to sit on top of cars, or in back of pickups. The dis apearance of the Elgy, SEEING THE SAME f*ckING CARS OVER AND OVER AN NO NEW ONES! NOT ENOUGH GOD DAMN WEAPONS!!!

There is still a lot of potential for GTA, this is their first step into next-gen gaming. I'm glad they did away with the SA slop, there was just entirely too many pointless things in that game that detracted me from the main reason I played GTA in the first place. This game is more realistic then any other GTA, it is taking a life of crime into another outlook...up until 4 it has pretty much been glam and fame, now it is gloom and doom. Different mood, different game.

i think that IV is the building blocks of the coming gta's the same as III was.
