gibbs1189 Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 I had started a new game just to play through again as i wait for school to start in the fall, and i was taking a nice stroll through Bohan when i decided to let some rounds fly, into nearby NPC's of course. I had taken down 3, maybe 4 peds, when i got a nice headshot on this one fine young lady. Well, she decided that a 9mm to the temple was not enough to keep her down. She got up and started running away, so i shot her in the leg, then she got back up and started limping off, so i shot her in the head again and thought that was over with...but she got back up. I put in the wanted down code so i wouldnt be bothered, and tried to kill this woman. I shot her again in the head, and again, and again, but to no avail, she just kept getting up! I had chased her around for a few blocks putting slugs into her head when i was beginning to get bored, so i pulled out my shotgun and fired again, and that time she didnt get up. I stood around for a minute to make sure she was finally dead and headed off to kill other random people. Anyone else have something like this happen to them? I had shot her something like 8-9 times in the head, and i mean clean head shots, and a few more in her upper body/chest area. Nothing like this has ever happened again, although i did find Badman on the street, and he took a bit to kill, but not 9 headshots...And yes it was Badman, you can do a "friend" mission for him in case you didnt know already.
