thecommander
Do you think that Rockstar will get its ideas for the next GTA from a movie or movies or go with something they made up? Edit: What movie would you hope they they did? Edited August 11, 2008 by thecommander

TopHat01
Rockstar has some wacky employees at their place, I'm sure they've cooked up something exciting and entertaining.
Algonquin Assassin
I hope it's original. Don't get me wrong I like how they draw inspiration from movies, and other media, but I prefer it when they think of it themselves. That's why I like IV. The majority of it is original, with only slight hints at Hollywood inspiration.
Talakua
I think it will be a bit of both. What i would really like is to have it set on London (obviously not called London but the gta world equivalent), with a storyline inspired from movies like Snatch and Lock stock and two smoking barrels. Rucke
GTA IV had a quite original story and it was one of the best I ever seen in a video game. The other GTA:s had great storys to, but were often inspired from movies you already have seen like Scarface, (VC and VCS and The Godfather (III and LCS). Gabriel Constantin
I want an original story, but it has to be better than GTA IV's. The story was vague and everything seemed pieced together and incomplete.
