Mister Pink Posted August 10, 2008 Share Posted August 10, 2008 Armed with a huge bucket of popcorn and some Club Lemon I watched Man On Wire with my girlfriend in our favourite cinema - The Screen (a 1960's old style non-comerical cinema that has about 4 screens. 2 showing indie films and two showing more commercial films like The Dark Night), here in Dublin City. Anyway, this feature-lenth documentary is a great look at how Petit and his associates/mates made fake ID's and disguised themselves as Architectural Journalists to go up to the World Trade Centre and make plans for Petit to walk across the towers. All are interviewd with some shedding tears. I just loved the passion and choice of words they used to describe the feeling and pleasure they got from pulling off such a spectacle.
