Thats why the skin changes and you get the message : "You do not have permission to view this topic". By the way, this question would rather belong in GTANet support forum. Unless of course those in $$H are forced to use the skin, but even then, if I'm using the default one, why does it show a different one upon clicking the link? The skin changes accordingly - no matter what skin you choose in your preferences, you'll see the $$H skin if you access (or in this case, try to access) the $$H forum, just like how you'll see the NYCC skin should you access their forum. And I don't think the staff is interested in adding any more gangs to the official list. Also, popularity of a gang isn't the only criteria for a gang to be made official. That way, the APOCALYPS3 would kill everyone. I believe there was a gang race back in 2005 to decide which gang got to be official (which the Zaibatsu won).
