WakeMeUp.
Well give us a little background info about yourself like where you live, how populated or built up where you live is. Cause its easier to get a job in a big city rather then a small town called nowheresville.

Otter
Yeah, you can definitely get a legal job. Don't give up school, though. Try looking for a construction or other labor job. It pays well, you'll get some decent exercise, and be too tired to waste any of the money you earn.

Construction is simple sh*t, just gotta know basic geometry and have a little meat on your bones. Hell, I helped my grandpa at his construction site when I was 9, carrying large planks of wood, walking on the beams, drilling the screws into their places, etc. It was actually a little fun once you get past the fact that you have to get up at 5 AM and get home around 6-8 PM, and carry heavy stuff for most of the time. Otter gives good advice.

Creed Bratton
I wanna move to Canada. I always thought it was a nice place Anyway, play GTA. Talakua
Theres not gonna be many good jobs a 15 year old can do legally, so the best thing to do is, pay attention in school, go to college/university and get a decent qualification, then you can get a good well paid job. I did non of those things and im kind of paying for it now, i havent been able to get a full time job since i left school last year. Ive only been able to get temporary sh*t like picking up litter after festivals, and voluteer work just to keep myself from going insane with boredom. Not good
1066ant
The only person who will employ me with a decent wage at 16 is McDonalds. £4.25, which is well over minimum wage for me though.
forwhich
I think my advice is like one that said before by otter, maybe you shall think less about the payment and get a job first, then learn some skills and try to find a better job after that~Good luck~
rhyn
My first job was cleaning a pub in the mornings before it opened and i got payed under the table for it. Handy money if there ever was some. SRS Incorporated
agent17
I would suggest not getting a job involving talking to the public or serving the public, most people are assholes an d if you are like me you would probably go insane and do something you would regret. Always work behind the scenes.
Saggy
Go down to your local employment agency and get a work permit. They usually have them for kids under 16 to be able to work. Employers typically have to follow some kind of guideline for minors working though, so many of them won't hire you simply because your a minor, even if you're over 16. My advice is not to worry about your age, it is not the biggest hurdle. Simply finding a job that will hire you is the hurdle; working something out under the table or with the state to allow you to work before you're legal isn't that hard. TheSpankerDom
I can vouch for what SagaciousKJB said. I have been a manager at various places and have reservations about hiring minors. During the summer its fine but throughout the school year minors can only work about 20 hours a week. Your best bet is to go to your local home depot and hang out with all the mexicans who do construction. jk
Saggy
Your best bet is to go to your local home depot and hang out with all the mexicans who do construction. jk Not actually a bad idea, but you want to be careful of things like that. It's very easy to get ripped off by your employers, or even your co-workers. I had a friend who worked with some guys like that for a few weeks. Well, most of the guys he was working with were family, and they decided they needed all the work and money for themselves, robbed him, and told him never to come back. You've got a computer, so I'd use Craigslist or something before I go down to the Home Depot to look for construction jobs. Bux.to hasn't paid since February and has been taken off the PTC advisory list. Don't toss your money. I've been following that site, and as of late, they have stopped all contact with members. Slamman
Times is Hard Times is hard! I see jobs for bus and truck drivers, a streetside cafe, bag handlers at the supermarket, Tires Plus! staff, though not sure on the work. I applied for photo work and that was $9 to $10 an hour. AOL claimed in a recent story that $9 an hour is what they call the lowest paying jobs in America. I started my last job making more then day shift, but less then $8 an hour, as I recall. I got up to $15 an hour at the end, but now I have to start all over so, as it goes, not just me....but many business around here have For Lease signs up that didn't before, that's not a good sign in the slightest!!! Beggars can't be choosers, dude. Can you afford to be picky? @OP: at 15, you might struggle, but you'll find something. From 13-16 I worked on a market stall, setting up, dismantling, and occasionally helping out during the day. Pay was OK, and I got free magazines.
