While doing Catch A Wave, I couldn't stand it when Phil would charge into harm's way and drag me in there with him, so I called Dwayne for back up...and two of his guys showed up and helped kick ass. I've done 100% and it seems Dwayne won't send them out anymore..he says they're "chillen". i could be wrong about this since i so rarely utilize any of my "friends" special abilities but i once read that you can only use their special ability once unlocked (obviously) and only 2 times before u have to "hang out" with them again...thus helping to keep their fondness of you up and resetting the 2 time rule...see if it works its only speculation at this point since i have not tried it myself -XS Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I got alot of cars and made a little square shape with them at the intersection at Star Junction so we had a place for cover and built up a six star wanted level.
