radioman Posted August 8, 2008 Share Posted August 8, 2008 You can use the mod "Time Twister" by Demarest Actually, I think you mean Time Vault code tool, Time Twister code tool is the one that allows you open access to the entire city and opens ALL missions from the beginning. Time Vault is the one that passes missions for you. Both of which were created by Demerest and are available on Archive.org, just search for the site tfads.com. Hope this helps.
