Yeah I am sure if its possible Stretchnutter will come out and make a new Camhack for GTA IV and give us a the ability to make our own camera angles and whatnot. While the interiors of the cars are a bit ugly they are a sure sight better then SA's so atleast a dashboard view would look alright. If not then we can just re-texture them! The inside aren't half bad actually, sure they aren't fully designed and beautiful, but they look better than any previous GTA's. I can't wait for a new camhack, oh the machinima will fly. After living with the quality of TDU and GRID,i will never be able to look inside a default GTA car without puking. No retex can help that,it needs reworking or better: replacing the whole car. Tesselation can not possibly save em. You are just sitting around and all of a sudden Russians invade New York. Have tanks and Choppers and what not. Also instead of being a Army guy, you are just a civillian. This leaves it set up to complete missions and eventually maybe join the army or something. Very Red Dawn, for those hwo has seenthe movie. You can not take any model from any game and hand it out for download , that works in a different companys game . It is Not legal , and even from 1 company's game to another of the that company , is not legal , but I have yet to see that enforced . Keep that in mind in your wish lists . On topic I personally want every SA mod going put into gta 4 , even replace the GTA4 map with SA . Anything other than that is just Gravy for me . Also being able to grab people, corpses, or other stuff would be nice though i guess that would be more problematic. (Should also prevent Niko from standing up when using the phone while crouched behind cover) (Incredibly unlikely) Allow bikes to somersault/backflip without getting stuck upside down or turning around sporadically. Maybe the same can be applied to the TV; watching actual TV (if you've got the right equipment) or watch video files from your computer (or Removable Disk Drive); The Sims2 even does it! Oh, and a a 1950's LC, Total Conversion. Maybe even a Turning Point: Fall Of Liberty Modification (even though the game sucked; which I said it would from the start). Why Filipino gangs, you know damn well they're pitiful. At least Filipino fraternities are more dangerous that these idiots. Why not them? i.e. (Gangbangers that range from the poor to the stinking rich) That just gave me an idea A fraternity type gang mod. Where every type of model of pedestrian and car is in that gang except the members all wear shirts with there gang/frat insignia. Weapons vary depending on what the pedestrian is used.
