I really can't think of any mods right now, although it would be sweet to be able to replace various cars within the game. Just imagine how sexy would a '68 Camaro look using RAGE/Euphoria. inlove.gif

The kind of damage you get from the swing glitch but from a regular collision.

That one might be easy, some guy already moded gta4 on a console, edited car weight, speed, bullet impact force and so on so i guess that means we'll be able to tweak the euphoria physics engine from config files sigh.gif

Is there a video for it? I didn't think anyone was successful in modding the console versions yet. I hope there will an Edison Carter CheatDevice sort of thing; like the PSP versions for (not the crappy PC and Home Console versions) GTA.

ZOMBIE MOD

 

I hope some group of modders makes a zombie mod, where peds are slow and stupid and covered in blood, and there's only a handful of survivor groups scattered around the city. It would be f*cking incredible with Euphoria and all.

I think I would be great to (maybe the first thing I'll do) Meanwhile everybody makes mods I'll play around with the physics.

I can't wait for the Back to the Future (DeLorean) mod or the Knight Rider (KITT) mods are available in all it's HD glory.

Sabre GT. It's based off a Mustang which is the new KITT in the remaked / relaunched version of Knight Rider.

okay, the Sabre GT is not a mustang.

 

It is a mish mash of a Cutlass rear end, 1970 mustang mid section, and a Buick GS front end. That is the closest I can make an association, but by all means I wouldnt call it a mustang.

First of all, you are correct saying that Euphoria is no CryEngine2... in fact they're nothing alike whatsoever; The GTA4 "CryEngine2" would be R.A.G.E. (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine). Euphoria is not a game engine like CryEngine2, it is a type of middlewear that bridges the animation and the physics engine to create unique, realistic animations. It essentially gives a ragdoll a motor system.

 

This brings me to my next point. How would Euphoria help a limb severed from the motor system of the living individual? It's not like it's an autonomous limb such as Thing from The Adam's Family. If R* used Euphoria for every instance a humanoid is alive, severed limbs would make the body change center of gravity and try then to walk while fallen over... unless the animation behavior was changed internally to sense and reflect this.

 

Short answer, completely impossible even at theory level. Euphoria driven severed limbs = either ragdolled lo zombied limbs.
