I guess the upgrade only works for people who originally had v2 and downgraded to v1 or something. Anyway, I'll pass up again. The next mission could be Doberman & this will trigger the Gang Wars. Let's not be too quick to get to the badlands & give those that want to do some 4-Star Gang Wars a chance to do that. Also, let's do the same as last round & give those that want to do some 4-Star Gang War playing the chance to do it without regard to the 3-turn wait rule. This will also apply to the player that does Doberman. But lets be sensible about it & wait one turn before taking another 4-Star Gang War turn. And this will be for only doing 4-Star Gang Wars, please don't do any missions too unless you wait the regular 3-turns.
