Guys, the best way to organize the teams and to check for availability are PM or PSN messages.

Just posting a request to be contacted it won't work. I'm telling you.

I know it's a pain in the a*se job but it's the only way to know if people are goin to play or be available.

This is what I do, I even PM twice the people involved. There's no other effective way to reach everyone.

And I need your vet's help to make this work. That's why you are all GS, cause u know how hard is to get to everyone and to have 16 people on line at a given time. Do your best and we'll have a great cup.

 

More: Use my post with the list of players as a table to check the availability. ATM there's no scheduled time for Algonquin vs Alderney, so please fill the XX in my post. The sooner u do it the better. This way people will know there's a match and if they won't be able to play Hired Guns can play as substitute.

 

About Hired Guns: PM them too, tell them there's a possibility that they are needed, choose a couple or more and tell them to be online just in case at the time of the match.
