Not trying to start an argument or anything, but most people in this thread are in a far superior level than the random players who join your DMs. You'll see what I mean when you play your first DTW. Not saying you won't do good, but it's quite the challenge.

It's OK, I'm half joking, I want a challenge.

The thing with good players, they don't play stupid, they have a plan and they stick to it. Stupid players are random, which is very often harder. I played 2v2 (blips off, AA off) TW the other day, now that's hard, because you HAVE to move all the time. When there's 6 of you, you don't need to.

There's abit of driving in the Algonquin TW's with 8 players per team.

Actually, I've made a mistake haven't I, because if there's 6 (or 8) on a team, there are 4 bases (turfs), which will make it harder. Although I did just play one in Bohan, with your normal TW rules (no AA, far) and it was great We won it by ALOT and I came second on kills Towards the end I found a nice sniping spot, so I popped a few heads

So this is 8 player and 8 is 5 turfs......better buy some driving gloves! But I can still spin it in favour of me Now there's more turfs there will be less people on each turf, easy

 

It seems odd to have 4 turfs, because each team could just hold 2 each. Where as an odd number of turfs makes it more of a competition.

NOTE for AUSSIES: if u guys manage to have 8 or 6 aussies guys (using 2 HG) u could do just an aussie team and would be easier for us to adjust to your time... Think about it. Cause if we get 40 people in total we could do 6 teams... 1 extra team could be the aussie team

If there's a lack of players, we could always make it 6 per team instead of 8. It would make things smoother for connection issues.

The last tournament we played the majority of the matches on weekends, most were Sunday night. Usually around 10pm-11pm UK time.

 

It's just the time that suited the majority of players.

 

I think there was 1 or 2 matches played on a weekday. The final was played on a Saturday (I think).

 

The gang secretaries organise the day and time for the matches.
