jelly
The multiplier can be adjusted downwards, but not upwards. What you can do is decrease the multiplier and choose the right reference clock in order to get the best memory performance. Athlon systems usually underclock the memory from their rated specs because of mismatched CPU/RAM ratios. The settings you see are CPU/RAM ratios that you should be able to select from in the BIOS, in order to have the memory operate at its rated frequency (in case the memory is now underclocked after you changed the reference clock). Added another chart with higher multipliers.
