HolyGrenadeFrenzy
The main missions are fine with me.....but of the sub-missions I dislike the dirt ring mission because I want all the glowwing thingies and i am a bit of a perfectionist........hard....all is hard. RealCharlieBrown
If we include submissions, NGR-500 challenge, no doubt. On missions, so far Jizzy because is just too long and you ussualy fail at the end, having to do the easy parts again. This should have been two missions or just take out the first two parts. Add on August 14: I just deeply hated “Destroy Targets” inside the Flight School Mission. I insist Rockstar made almost impossible to accurately fly a helicopter with K+M. It is just extremely difficult to destroy those moving targets in time to get back and land the Hunter aligned with the strip as fast as to get gold. Even getting bronze is horrendously hard. Just before that I thought “circle and landing” was hard. In general, flying with K+M is just a very frustrating experience. It shouldn’t be that hard! Rockstar please take note! Rasmusz
Before answering: This is my first post! So hello to everybody! My least favourite mission is the last one you do for Zero in San Fierro, its called "New Model Army", it is too damn hard, long and extremely boring to do more than once. Thank god it's not a part of the storyline missions. I agree with the NRG-500 mission too.
ramz1
i hate two missions, i hate the mission where you have to go on the roof of zero's store and shoot all those airplanes and i hate the one where you need to drive that toy plane and shoot those peopl in those vans, so annoying!! Markanto
I find SSS We Tip tedious, there are so many ways of failing! And all that hanging around waiting for the DA'a car, then having to drive so carefully It is not difficult, but boring when you have done it once. grove_street_og
i always hated "lure". the mission is easy enough, i just don't like the trip down to angel pine when i'm in a rancher that can't get banged up a lot and i have to drive back to san fierro at the end of the mission if i want to do any more missions afterward. now, if they followed you once you started to drive from woozie's place until you hit the 24/7 at whetstone (i think it's whetstone), then i'd be more inclined to not hate it, as you'd have to concentrate the entire way. but the overall trip is what i really despise, the mission itself is simple. That Rancher is damageproof, and I think explosionproof and fireproof, just not bulletproof. So you can bang it up as much as you want. I don't like Photo Opportunity, a lot of driving for nothing. I usually just use GTASA Control Center and teleport.

RealCharlieBrown
Now that I’m at about 75% completion, I think these are the hardest missions so far. Interestingly, they are all side missions, which means Rockstar made a fairly decent game if you want just to stick to the main story, not too hard, not too easy. To get 100% completion, however, you have to work very hard in some of the non-core missions. In order of difficulty, on a PC game using a keyboard and a mouse: 1- NGR-500: Luck, not skill will help you to complete this mission, which I find just stupid. Endless tryouts will make you hate Rockstar game developers. 2- Chilliad Challenge: An idiot decided that you have to climb all the way back to the top every time you fail this mission, which is the most annoying thing of the whole task.. Almost impossible to complete without killing the competitors at the finish line, which by the way is a nice touch from Rockstar, in line with CJ’s character. If you want to get this mission the way is supposed to be finished, get ready for timeless failures and mountain climbing 3- Destroy Targets (Flying School): definitively, the guy (s) that designed the controls for helicopters and planes for the PC using Keyboard + Mouse did it while she or he was drunk, high or who knows what. Human beings have only two hands and ten fingers, not three and fifteen guys! This mission is a walk in the park in the PS2, compared with the K+M in the PC. If you want Gold so you can unlock the Hunter, get ready for countless frustrations. I hate flying anything except the jet-pack! 4- Barnstorming (LVE Airport Races): This plane sucks big time. It is like flying a giant RC plane. Every touch of the controls is multiplied by two or three. Too sensitive, too hard to control and the race is just too long. Even on the PS2 is hard, imagine in a PC with K+M 5- Vigilante: Completing level twelve is supposed to be easy on the Hunter. Unless you are using the keyboard and the mouse. Hey, just fly with WSADQE and the four arrows while somehow, with finger number 6 on your left hand hit LCTRL to fire the minigun and destroy the vehicles below. Or just fire the rockets with your second right hand using the mouse. Easy right? And that’s about it. From the main story missions, none has been as hard as these five for me, not even Supply Lines (easy on the PC, for a change), Just Business, Stowaway or other of the popular ones. Sadly, I had a hard time with N.O.E (flying a plane again) and Learning to Fly (Destroy Targets is on your way)
Seddo
when i first started the game they were N.O.E and supply lines, but i can do those missions with ease now
BrainToad
I hated Wrong Side of the Tracks, Smoke couldn't shoot worth sh*t. Supply Lines was a pain in the ass The mission where you had to follow the train in a Sanchez, then follow the reporter was boring and annoying. That was a long ass trip, just to wait around for the f*cker to get a taxi, then follow the damn taxi and shoot the f*ck. The mission where you had to rescue Paul and Maccer was just pointless. And aside from sneaking around the ship and eventually stealing the Hydra, Vertical Bird was boring.
quartet1977
one that hasn't been mentioned that i can't stand is the valet mission in SF. could that have been more pointless or boring? it's nearly impossible to fail (esp. if you've done the burglary mission and have infinite sprint), so there's no challenge to it either. missions like freefall and zero's missions and others that gave me (and a lot of other folks) trouble aren't necessarily missions i don't like. now that i can do them, i like them. i agree with the folks who don't like lure, snail trail and photo op; too much driving, not enough fun. a couple people mentioned wrong side of the tracks. that was the toughest of the early missions by far. but there are so many ways to have fun with it. check out this video. Sureshot
I struggled with Interdiction out in the Desert. How I did that third time was very lucky. Edited August 30, 2006 by Sureshot
JAJ
The one that I dislike most is the Burn & Lap test in Back to school, this was so hard for me because the camera was too slow as I was turning at each end. I finally passed by changing to first person view. Jizzy is next for the same reasons as gillies...

Sureshot
When doing the flight school missions, use the analogue stick in very small ammounts. I'm not that good at flying Planes, Choppers are as easy as driving cars though.
nealmac
The NRG challenge in San Fierro is by far the toughest.
Canoxa
I hated Burn and Lap, in the driving school. Always failed for so little time! And the NRG-500 challenge as a good follow up.
Tommy Dickfingers
Interdiction was also very annoying for me too. It took me 3 attempts to pass this one. NRG-500 I still haven't completed yet. Fück me that's hard. Zeroing in was also annoying. All of Zero's missions. Not because they're hard (which they are), but because Zero is an annoying little shít and CJ should be allowed to kill him at some point in the game
HerrieM
There are two missions I really dislike. Don Peyote and Snail Trail. There both incredibly easy and long. Don Peyote is an character intoduction, but the drive to and from Paul and Maccer is made too long. Snail Trail isn't even that important for the storyline, but you have to drive that whole part behind the train. It feel a bit pointless every time a do that mission. I'm not good at NRG500, but that is what i like about the mission. It is still a challenge to pass every time i play it.
The Raven
I hate the Chilliad Challenge I can do everything else, but every time I try to pass it I always crash and/or fall of the mountain (after that I'm respawned, but I'm last). I've tried so many times, but I can't pass it for sh*t! Finaly I got pissed and posted SNP Request in Mission Help, but that was a long time ago. Now I'm happy I don't have to try anymore. Also the BMX Challenge is giving me a hard time, but at least I can pass it.

Agent Ryder
I hated Wrong Side of the Tracks, Smoke couldn't shoot worth sh*t. I hate supply lines too because i cant fly too high screw the Leviathan with Magnet. I have many times failed the Wrong Side of the Tracks but i liked smokes reactions I hated also the mission "Riot" you just have to Drive Sweet to Grove Street thats pointless Don Peyote Paul And Maccer are not armed and no defense against the farmers of Snake Farm Edited September 3, 2006 by Agent Ryder

Saget
All the missions were a bit hard at the beginning but eventually I got past them, though I have to admit some missions took me more then 20 tries. But as RealCharlieBrown said, flying + shooting + aiming on the PC requires much more then 2 hands. You have to juggle through the keyboard and mouse while doing the missions. Otherwise, flying itself is really fun and quick when it comes to moving =) |DeviantArt|Flickr|YouTube|#amf|
Vulkanyaz
I really dislike the mission with Big Smoke where you have to chase the the train with Los Vagos on it, he could never hit them! I eventually found a sniper rifle, drove ahead of the train, and shot all of them In one of my new games I hit a jump and managed to land the bike on the train, it fell off but man was it awesome
