Well, I think no one knows this mod because its for Xbox and PS3 and at this time I'm converting my Ric Skull's Mod to PC. IT is expected to release in September 1, 2008. I know some of you will not believe in me that I got these two awards, but its the fact. I don't care if you believe in me or not, but I just want to enjoy my mod. Made in January 15, 2007, Ric Skull's Mod is experimented for 5 months. Ric Skull's Mod almost changed the whole game of GTA - Vice City. Cars, skins in every missions, boats, planes, bikes, speed of automobiles, weapons of Tommy, textures, power, health, armors, graphics, nad etc. almost changed in the game. I post this message so that you can know easily changed in GTA - Vice City and to know the background story of my mod. Finished at May 3, 2007, the Ric Skulls's Mod is totally can be use and tested 10 times to be sure that your game will not crash. On June 37, 2007, Ric Skull's Mod is presented to Rockstar Games and in the following day is presented to Take-Two Interactive and Rockstar North. On August 14, 2007, the Take-Two Interactive and its subsidiaries approved my mod and planning to test for who wants to play my mod. The poll release on October 7, 2007 and Rockstar Games said "Almost 86% of the player who played your mod wants to put your mod in their gaming-platforms". On the following month, the mod release in Xbox and on December 12, 2007 the mod release in PS3. On Valentines Day of 2008, the mod removed from Xbox and PS3 aso in the markets nationwide. There's a controversy that their hacking the mod, changing it, copying and editing it, and selling ilegally. Also the players of my mod converting it to PC with out any permission and certificate from me. Rockstar said that to removed all the mods of mine in Xbox and PS3. I asked them to put my mod in PC and they permitted me. I'm just doing converting my right now and I hope that no more controversy in my mod. Thank you! Who awarded this Best mod award Your claim's seem kind of far fetched-- why would rockstar care about a mod for a game released 6 years ago?? VC on the PS3 runs off the disk, not the hard drive-- how would you install this mod??
