Get a dirtbike or NRG and drive in through the parking lot entrance. You should see a Qub3d machine and a potted plant in the corner by it. Drive your dirtbike on the potted plant and it should turn over causing you to wreck. Get back on it and you should rattle around and eventually you will be outside the strip club and everything will be invisible! You should pop up in blue hell. Yeah, it happens to me as well, I done this in strip club and in warehouse in Bohan where you rescue Roman from Russian gangs. Although R* didn't make the game perfect so they made some glitch just like in San Andreas. Did you say, you see completely invisible? No, it dosen't wreck, once I got my dirtbike in stripclub and it stay normal when I go out with my dirtbike. Inside the warehouse in Bohan where you rescue Roman, I went through the wall and end up in Ghost town. Then I went round the wall building and it return normal again.
