Ronmar The Only
So, I normally do not write short stories. As one can see with my The French Way, my short stories are generally entire tales. This, this different. My thoughts created this on the way to work today; music spurred it. New stories generated on the way to work is not different, but I decided to actually write this. Enjoy. ---------- Her lips puckered around the cigarette while she inhaled the sweet death of it. He gazed on her chest that gently rose at the action; her breasts were lifting up into the air, slightly, and would fall slowly back with the end of the motion. The piano bar was filled with many patrons, most engaged in talk at their respective tables while the two seemingly existed outside the times of the others. They were living in their own moment, fleeting time in which she inhaled and exhaled while he gazed longingly at her. She suddenly coughed; too many cigarettes had been inhaled this evening. He smiled at her while his hand drifted from its busy work in front of him to the glass that was positioned at the table to his side. Chilled scotch and water, his drink, rested, motionless, in the glass. The barkeep knew the man's taste and always prepared for evenings such as this. Slowly, the drink was brought to his lips were he sipped slightly. A moment later after he looked towards his work and back to her, he downed the drink. A quick gesture of the glass followed the end of his drink which was returned by light laughter from the lady. He placed the glass of scotch back onto the side table. His hand came back to the work; his eyes gazed once more to her. A moment later, he worked the charcoal onto the thick sheet focusing on the cigarette that he had sketched early. She rested her movements once more, looking at the artist. Visit Writers' Discussion Compilation of Works: From a Storyteller

Ronmar The Only
I meant to reply to you last night, but my internet f*cked itself over...blasted piece of sh*t. Anyways, basically that is correct. Though I would say that he is just sketching her now and will paint her later in a studio or so. The piano bar is just for mood and atmosphere, not the ideal place to paint with everyone around. Maybe.
