Remember the mission 'Highjack' where Cesar jumps from a bike onto a tanker and 'Freefall' where CJ supposedly jumps from one plane to another. That kinda crosses the line of realism, doesn't it? GTA has always featured a little bit of exaggeration, but jumping from one moving vehicle to another is best if kept to only certain missions for entertainment purpose than having the ability to do it in free roam.
