Skins for Npcs

Hello, I need to know if there is a mod that replaces the textures of the skin of npcs with high resolution textures? (i mean for all the people of the game, walking the streets, for Carl Johnson and the gang, etc) the originals look like if they were made of paper or something else, they are horrible.

I´m talking about a pack, some big file that replaces the npcs skins...

I don't know what npcs is but there is a mod that replaces all textures like peds, roads, and more. It is call SRT3 (SanAndreas Re-Textured3). I think that is what you are looking for. Edited July 18, 2008 by The Grove

NPCs are the "None Playing Characters", at least that´s what i´ve know. I´m looking for some mod that replaces their skins. I've got SRT3 and ENBseries, they are just amazing, but I think that the quality of the environment created with these great mods contrasts with the characters, they look terrible, the textures are so ugly, I mean the original textures of the people, the none playing characters that walks all over the city, even the player skin is awful. (excuse my english, i´m trying to explain the best I can)
