Flesh-n-Bone Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 Once you can see the jet from a far distance, turn around and head back for the city then gain altitude and fly higher and the jet will go ahead in no time. Mainland Marauder Posted July 19, 2008 Share Posted July 19, 2008 If you can see the corona, focus on it. Don't worry about where the jet (Shamal) is. Just get over to that corona as fast as you can. Then, magically of course, CJ materializes inside of the jet. Use your rudder buttons (L1-R1 on PS2) to get turned around more quickly. It helps if you've done a little Dodo flying and have some experience handling it. I found this mission to be pretty easy. Any way as Lil weasel said look at the radar to see the target's height, remember you must be above the target so that you can be at ease. As soon as you see the plane approaching, turn 360 degrees and keep going now the plane must be behind you if you've turned quickly. Now wait for the plane to go past you(by pressing brake for a few seconds) and then fly through the corona. In this situation you must take some 10 secs to touch the corona. epoxi Posted July 21, 2008 Share Posted July 21, 2008 Like Marauder said, just steal a Dodo from LV airport and practice flying around with it/do some stunts. This is what I did when I was struggling with flight school: once I got used to flying, completing the school (with all golds ) was a breeze.
