pinky Posted July 23, 2008 Share Posted July 23, 2008 The spine isn't really an issue, the hardest part is making the T-rex legs work properly because it has more joints than a human, same as the Gekko. You just use the foot bone for the second ankle so to speak and the toe bone for the whole foot, it works quite convincingly doing it that way. The angular spine really deosnt matter as you would just line the two spine bones up to it and the arms bones into the corect possition for the T-rex's arms and it would still work fine. the tail wouldn't be up to much though as there is no bone for it. Show us a close up of the wireframe if you will. yeah that , I have a few godzillas and a few dinos in 3ds max , the free kind , I know better than to try to release them , every "free" 3d model download on the net has a no redistribution clause . Please show us your progress pics as you would have taken them to show friends along the way . And yes 10 m tall maximum . Edit * The few nice looking dinos and godzillas I have wont rig for SA , to many polies/verts , I keep getting strange errors , a hand made low poly version will be needed I think .
