Paul Thy Lord Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 I was thinking today how much it sucked to be chased by cops for killing someone in self defense, only to have some random ped, miles away call the cops on his phone. It got me thinking, how awesome would an "untouchable" cheat be, that granted immunity to the law unless you directly shot or killed a cop. this would be so useful, for hunting pigeons or going on huge massacres, and it would have to block some achievement of course. Peds riot, this would give all peds weapons some better than others and they fight each other/cops, not Niko but he can intervene and make them attack him. Zombie cheat, enables the peds to walk as if they are drunk and that they only spawn at night or in an interior, there are other ped survivors and zombies will attack these and Niko Some sort of catapult cheat, something along the lines of the swing glitch but only if your on foot, type it in and you get flung in the direction you are facing with enough force to make it over half the island. hunterwasser Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 As mentioned before, Zombie cheat. I see GTA's graphical style and type of open play as just want the zombie genre needs. However, I would like it to be set in a slightly alternate LC. One where there are major streets crammed with rusted, abandoned cars, with barricaded buildings (boards on the windows and such, a "safe zone" were you could go to get health and such which would be occupied by survivors and/or police, there would have to be certain streets that were blocked off by old decaying police barricades and what not, debris and trash all over the streets, some of the building would need to be altered as well, like smoke damage above the windows to make it seem as if it burnt out at some point. Possibly even corpses rotting away have devoured in some of the cars. News papers from the day of the outbreak blow freely scattered through out the deserted streets. And to top it all off, the walking undead them selves, shambling and dragging along little known streets and major boulevards alike. They could maybe have it so that the zombie peds could only attack with melee and act wildly, all they would really have to do it alter the peds movement characteristics, behavioral characteristics, and the color of all of their skins to a much paler completion, as seen in George A. Romero's original zombie flicks. Some of them could be damaged or wounded, but for the most part if a situation like this actually happened, most of the people that were initially infected (if the cause wasn't spread by blood at first, which the virus would surely be later on) would have no wounds, they would just look as if they died of natural causes. But, of course, this is likely to never happen. Just imagine it though, wouldn't it be a blast? EDIT: and of course, how could I forget, a cheat for the fingerless gloves Can't do any good zombie wreckin' if you don't have a good pair. Flying is really fast, you are immune to bullet, throw cellophane S's at people, pick up cars and throw them. Also when you fly cars go crazy and get blown out of your way. But Niko has absolutely no urge to save or help people. And maybe a firstperson cheat. So we can see the insides of cars and play the game as if it were a first person shooter.
