Yea I agree, as it is only 2 gang members at a time will fight normally which is sh*te. They even wait till you kill/knock one out and another one will join in to make it 2 again. When you whistle a cab some guy cuts in and takes it. Or some guy cuts you off in line for a hot dog. Give me a reason to unload my shotgun on some dudes face! Just imagine if you're in the middle of a mission and you have no armour left and your health is low and you're about to pass a hard mission and a ped starts shooting at you for no reason and you're wasted. He was looking at a car and shouting, he was pissed off at something and never looked up at me when I walked by, but a few seconds after I walked by I heard him stop and his shopping cart got really loud, I think he was running from the car and trying to get away from something.
