Howard04
Well, I want to order a Alienware laptop, but has anyone ever paid monthly? Is that the only way possible? Will I still get the laptop the same speed if I pay monthly? Like can I have the laptop at home and still be paying monthly?
Picolini
Lol, well yes you'll get your laptop if you go with a payment plan. It's like when you buy a car or something on credit, you just make monthly payments. I don't think it's the smartest thing to make payments on a computer though, you'll get raped on the interest and by the time you pay it off it'll be a bit outdated, even an expensive alienware will feel it. Also, you'll need to get approved for financing, so don't get your hopes completely up. Like I pointed out in your last thread you could get a Velocity Micro laptop already with 2GB RAM and slightly less powerful graphics for a sh*t ton less. Just bringing that up. I know you wanted an Alienware due to it's ease of upgradability, but this one already has 2GB of RAM (for $45 more in total) so you wouldn't need it to be upgradable. I would assume 2GB or RAM will be sufficient for long enough to where the processor will be the thing slowing you down mainly, so upgrading isn't a huge factor for a laptop, imo. Slamman
I saw an ad on TV for Rent A Center in the USA, you could rent to own a new computer that way!
