Panto: Luton: I guess Rockstar decided they didn't fit with the style of the game. I think you can only see them on the Capital Autos website here http://www.rockstargames.com/grandtheftaut...h/capitalAutos/ If you look on there you can see some of the cars in the early stages of development.
