Rewards1 makes money off of surveyers, and other websites posting their names on the site, and get sponsered by Sony, Xbox, Nintendo, thus allowing you to get free stuff and allowing the site admins to make profit all at the same time. Its illegal as far as the forum goes though, you should already be aware of this though as you did do this a few days ago and got a warning for it too.
