So if u have any solutions post em up. Go to the map. It will have green for GSF, yellow for Vagos and purple for Ballas. Their territories are the only ones you can take over. And yes, I forgot about how gang territories can be turned off on the map. Make sure they're turned on. You can do this on the map by hitting X to pull up the map where you can zoom in and out, then holding R1 to pull up the blips. "Gang Area" should be turned "ON." But it's going to be something you've got to do yourself since you're on PS2 rather than PC (where you could have it done for you in Mission Help). You're welcome, and good luck. Upon completing pilot school the storyline will work its way through Las Venturas and then back to Los Santos, where gang territories will be turned "on" again.
