xNamexTakenx Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 So, I just came out of my Alderney safehouse and jacked some guys ride. The ped had a sub-machine gun. I drove away and was on the bridge going from Alderney to Algonquin. I got a text message and I stopped to read it. A passenger who I never noticed came out of my car and it looked as if he was about to get his ride back. Suddenly, an SUV comes out of nowhere and smashes into my car! The passenger next to my car dies lol. The driver of the SUV keeps on smashing into my car and suddenly he gets out. And guess what!?! Its the same guy with the SMG! He runs towards my car, but I just drive away, figuring I'll spare his life. I never even knew this could happen! The AI is pretty good in IV. Has this happened to anyone else? Sometimes they'll chase you with other vehicles or if you keep crashing into their vehicles they will sometimes ram you back making it into a demo derby. GANGSTA26-VERCETTI Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 once i was stealing this one guys car and he did steall a car that was behind me and followed me and smashed into me and when i stope because i crashed he drove up on the side and kille jacob who was next to me, i was mad.... also i remember when i started a huge fight by hitting peds and alot started fighting and pulling guns out and it was really crazy and this one guy got runner after he was getting ounched by two guys and he fell on the street right as a car passed and hit him twards a car that crashed into that guy and got killed like a sandwhich them i blew everyone and everything with my rpg. and drove off... wish Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Take a look at this topic to help you figure out which gang it was: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=359178 Also, Spanish Lords usually wear black and yellow with chains around their necks, so they are easy to spot if you know which location they are in. For some reason, Roman's cabs seem to change from the old Esperantos to Cavlades at a certain point in the storyline. So anyway, I kill the guy in the Cavalade (for the fun if it, though he could've been a gangster!) and then a minute later, just as I pull away, a black vehicle pulls up and out steps a man dressed in black with an SMG; he tries shooting the sh*t outta me but thankfully he came out worse off. The plan hit the ground and amazingly I surviced with only a little bit of health left. Then some ped pulled me out of the helle, I punched him in the face and next thing I know I'm surrounded by like 30 peds where after me. Anyways the helle exploided and agian, barley made it out alive, killing all the peds. I know peds do good sameritan acts and everything but this was insain they were like zombies!! a glitch purhaps? Pun2700 Posted July 17, 2008 Share Posted July 17, 2008 something similar happend to me except i was just dropping off a friend about to leave and bam this guy smashes into me hops out and pulls me out of my car he wants to fight so i duck his swing and give him a swift kick to the nuts he just drops his hands and gets back in his car and drives off it was so random, but pretty funny at the same time. It might be gang members i'm not to sure but I've had times where I've been running through a crowd pushed somebody and they have gotten angry and pulled a pistol on me. And there I am running away from this random ped who is shooting at me. The other annoying thing is cops with semi-automatic weapons. For some reason there seem to be random cops, like one in very 20 or 30 that is armed with a semi automatic weapon and just mows me down right then and there. I had this black huntly, that wouldnt stop following me... at first i thought it was just a crazy ped, but everywhere i went, it was after me.... so i drove really far away, into a park, hiding by a tree... and out of the blue, comes flying, this huntly, it manages to mow me down and im dead....... lol crazy sh*te. What I really hate is when normal cops have M16s! Why the hell would they have them!?! At Alderney State Correctional Facility, cops are armed with M16s. That makes sense, but sometimes on the street, you see cops with M16s. One time, I started a scene and out of the subway comes a cop with an M16. He starts loading bullets at me and I die.
