Description: This is the same mod, but a bit different. You have to reach a speed to activate the autopilot mod. (I can imagine ppl as they enter in the plane, they activating it... it's not to real) And a text shows on the screen, telling you the information if its activated or not. (only when you push the buttons.) Download it here: http://www.sendspace.com/file/44hm8f Download special for Laptops: http://www.sendspace.com/file/0bp4z9 2. Turn On/Off Engine!! Description: If you enter a car, engine is off. The turning on is tricky, first you have to push button "X" (it's like releaseing handbrake), wait 1 sec then push button "Z". Then engine is on. (Used on Bikes, Planes, Cars, Everything.) You have to do this only if you get inside of a parked, or a jacked car. While you'r driving you still can turn off and on the engine whit button "Z" (on), "X" (off). When the car is flipped, engine is off. I wanted to create the mod, when the car is fast and run into a wall, engine turns off, but i don't know the opcodes.. FIXED SOME BUGS!!! changed the keys to Z and X as you can se above. Thats because I forgot that key "2" activates many submissions. Also mod is not working whit helis, because it makes the heli crazy... Uhh well, i tell to ya why is not possible: When you jump and CJ is holding himself on a wall, there is no such an animation that keeps moveing him left or right... If there are no good lamp models, you could make fire in CJ's hands. That would look good with the Project Oblivion mod. I think that CJ_MLIGHT15 / 14 are the best looking lamps though. EDIT: @ RnBoy15: There is, under the "Reuniting the families" chase anims, there is an animation in which the player moves to the side, while holding onto something. But if that doesn't work, sliding is beter than nothing, right? Oh and there are also the Basketball strafing animations, that the Vagos perform in the mission when you go with Cesar and the Aztecas to the gang war. But if you're gonna make it like this, you should put the light from the cars, because it's more like a flashlight. Could you make 2 versions, the one with the car light and another one, that works without pointing a gun, just when you press T, it creates a circle of light around CJ (From the street lamps), without anything in his hand? Zyo Posted July 18, 2008 Share Posted July 18, 2008 The cruise control is great, that was on my to do list as well but i never got around to it. the engine on/off is cool but you should have a check to see if the engine is on when you get in so that in a jacking, or if you leave a car idling for a moment you get into a car where the motor is on you just drive off, instead of the engine switching itself off and you switching it back on. Some other suggestions: A hotwire script. When getting into a parked car you have to hold a key, say Z, for 5 seconds before the engine starts. A carcrash injury script. When you hit a wall/tree/other car at high speed your health goes down. Another I am working on right now is a script that gives you a wanted level when you are holding a weapon. Running down city streets with an AK usually gets you some attention. But I haven't made much progress. Rapier suggested using the "check if other actor is radius" opcode. That might work well with this. If you have any ideas for this you could go ahead with it? I think its an easy script and very good too I heard that other members are trying to write it, so I'm just waiting for it But i think i will write it to. I will use the "check if other actor is radius" opcode to, i think whit it is more realistic, you know, If you are in the middle of nowhere carrying a gun and cops will chase you...thats not to good... And I think i will use the Cubes wich are used in the speedlimit.
