I guess I'll have to play with the subtitles on. He does sound funny when he's yelling in a car you've just crashed. I prefer Packie. I found him more interesting, and he can give you bombs, too (I love putting them on the cars of unsuspecting motorists, and having them drive away with it, with an explosion in the distance).
