With any luck, it would spawn halfway inbetween the window, and you'd be able to glitch inside like you can with other interiors (such as the bank). I tried it myself, however, and it didn't work. No vehicle seems to want to spawn in the apartment. And I was thinking of a different apartment when I said jump on the fire escape from the dumpster. Instead, get a tall vehicle (a Moonbeam, Cabby, or Cavaclade will do nicely and are all easy to find in the area) and jump on the awning from the top of the vehicle. You can see what's going on though. Has anyone else managed to do this? Also has any one found any other interiors you can glitch inside? And to grab onto the first rung of a fire escape in reach, jump and try to grab onto the edge sideways. And again, wish the OP would say how he did it. The main big recepton place. And the offices aswell as the room where you did Nio's interview. The later is only accessible in the mission unless you glitch inside. what about under water? and roman taxi place? Underwater is possible. Can be done at many locations. Also a good way to get under the map. Havn't tried the taxi place yet. Can't be done online unless you can spawn vehicles. I'll help make tutorials if i get someone to make vids (anyone interested?). I've tried to glitch into Goldberg's office before, but failed. I suck, though. Edit: Don't know if it's been mentioned, but there's a glass building opposite the Modo.
