I had full health (just out of the hospital) and saw a ped holding a baseball bat. I pulled a gun on him and he ran off. I chased him on foot and switched to fist to see if he would stay and fight. After hitting him a few times and still with full health he swung his bat. And it was over, I was dead. Whats with that? Anyone else have something like that happen?
