wayninja
1. What does this have to do with GTA? 2. Routing devices perform NAT. Xbox360 is not a routing device.

Yeoman
I'm guessing your NAT is set to strict and that either stops you joining/hosting games online? I had a similar problem with Gears of War. I can briefly remember something that I had to get my home hub to recognise my xbox. I can't remember specifically what i had to do as it was over a year ago, but i'll look into it for you. SJT
I've been creating a custom game with 1 private space (For me) and it seems to work, problem is nobody really joins and your always the host so you start with no players joined, I havn't tested to see if it works all the time though. I especialy have trouble getting on Free mode, but other modes sometimes work.
xxrevolver007
Hi guys, I had the same probelm with my 360 and connecting to multiplayer. I found it difficult to connect to any kind of multiplayer game, sometimes worked, sometimes didn't. I also had a problem moving from party mode with my friends on into an online match. My NAT was showing up as 'strict'. I found the following article about port settings on wireless routers and xbox live: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908874 I set port forwarding on ports 88 and 3074 and it fixed my problems with multiplayer games. I'm not sure how to do it, but I'm guessing a BT Home Hub can have ports opened on it as most wireless routers allow this to be done. I have used a BT Hub at my friends house with GTA 4 and it works fine. Hope this helps.
